Darshan runs from 7 in the morning to 9 at night, in slots, with the temple closed between noon and one. These are the trust's own published times, in force from April 2026.

The gap between 12:00 and 13:00 is the midday closure. The trust does not label it, but no slot is published for that hour.
Note what is not here: a separate summer and winter timetable. Many travel sites publish one, with a 6:30 opening or a 10 pm close. The trust prints a single table and no seasonal split, so treat those variants as unverified.
Aarti
Three aartis issue passes: Mangal at 04:00, Shringar at 06:00 and Shayan at 22:00. All three are free, and the passes page explains how to get one and which fake sites to avoid.
Choosing a time
- The first slot of the morning and the last of the evening are the calmest on an ordinary weekday.
- Sundays and public holidays are heavy; Ram Navami and the Deepotsav week are in a different category altogether — see the calendar.
- May and June are punishing in the middle of the day; the weather page has the monthly figures.
- Private vehicles do not reach the temple gate. Allow time for parking and the last stretch by e-rickshaw or on foot.

The trust publishes current timings and any change in the notifications block on its homepage; that block is also where the April 2026 slot table came from. If a notice is out, it shows at the top of this page.
